Customer-friendly process for returns, refunds, and replacements on AutoGlow products. We keep it simple and fair — message us on WhatsApp before taking any action.
Defective or wrong item received
If you received the wrong item or a defective item, contact AutoGlow on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Send a short photo or video showing the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
When returns may be accepted
- The product was delivered damaged
- The wrong product was sent
- The product does not match the agreed fitment
Returns are reviewed case by case. Photos or video are required as proof.
How refund approval works
Once a return is accepted, we either send a replacement or process a refund of the order amount. Refund timing depends on the original payment method (cash on delivery refunds are typically arranged on the next visit).
What may not qualify for return or refund
- The product was installed incorrectly by the customer
- Damage was caused after delivery
- The customer changed their mind after dispatch
- Customer-fault damage during installation
