AutoGlow Accessories provides product information, ordering through WhatsApp, and customer support for buyers in the UAE. By using the website you agree to use it in good faith for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Order confirmation and compatibility

Before any order is dispatched we confirm the product, fitment, and delivery information directly with the customer through WhatsApp. This helps avoid mistakes and keeps the buying process clear and trustworthy.

Accepted payment methods

Cash on delivery is the primary payment method for UAE customers. Other arrangements can be made through WhatsApp on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping across the UAE

Free delivery is available across the UAE. Standard dispatch is within 24 hours of order confirmation, with most orders arriving the next day depending on emirate.

Defective or incorrect items

If a customer receives the wrong item or a defective unit, they should contact AutoGlow on WhatsApp before installation. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the case. See the refund policy for full details.

Product use and installation

Most products are plug-and-play. Customers are responsible for installing the product safely or using a professional installer if unsure. AutoGlow is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.

Customer information

Information shared during the order process (name, address, contact number) is used only to fulfil the order. AutoGlow does not share customer information with third parties.
